PTT in game Mouse issues

I am running into an issue with ventrilo where my PTT key does not work while in game. This is only true of the rebound key that is set on one of my mouse buttons. The keyboard key will still work within game. I wonder if there is a weird compatibility issue with the Corsair M95, World of Warcraft and Ventrilo. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all above programs. I have set both vent and WoW to run as admin and have gone though all settings with "Direct Input to set Hotkey."

you may need to launch ventrilo with the "Run as Admin" option.
try that and let us know.
