MI***EC error

i'm able to download the client but it keeps saying can't find the MI***EC check to see that u spelled it right or somthing like that i don't even know what that is but it's not letting me use ventrilo

the error is cannot find the MSIEXEC

please provide the exact/entire error and search the forum for the error number provided.

ok i found out that the thing thats not working is the installer starter the thing i gota download to start the installation and it keeps running that error and it won't allow me to download it right the file is called

(ventrilo-2.3.0-Windows-i386)

and thats whats not working nor are the other ones i gota download working (they say cannot find the msiexec check to see if your spelled it right and when i hit run as is says currupt install detected and i've retried to download it atlease 200 times and it's the same error could there be a file on my computer missing thats causing that and if so why becouse i can use voice with other stuff stuch as the new world of warcraft voice chat but i wanted ventrilo for better talking i can't hear anyone on wow)
