Umm, Flag I had called Paypal and they said they can't do anything since its a "intangibe" item... any help here ?
Should I call back tommorow and ask to speak with a supervisor? |

Tell them it's a service, which is one of the options in their Drop-down when paying. Service wasn't provided.
