How to disable binding talk on ventrilo server?

As mentioned in title, i been looking for solutions on the internet but cant really find any useful information. As im concerned [FONT=monospace]t[/FONT]he key bind is a client-side function built into the program. That isn't a server setting that can be change...but still. is there anyway to do it? Thanks

you can disable it in user-editor/transmit tab (per user basis)

can also be disabled on a per-channel basis in channel-admin/edit
