Do you use file-sharing apps like Bittorrent, Limewire, etc.. (Y/N): Y and N. I wasn't using them when the issues first occured, and I've used the same setup for a couple of years without issue. I recently reformatted, have no file sharing programs on my comp, and am having the same issues.
