Vent will not allow me to xmit

When playing BFV while in game I can hear people talking on vent, but I can not transmit. All settings are configured properly that I can see and I have deleted and re-installed several times. Thanks for any help I can get.

for vista/7 you may need to set ventrilo to run as admin.
