Ventrilo Won't Open

Whenever I click on the Ventrilo icon, nothing happens. In Task Manager > Processes, it says Ventrilo.exe for a few seconds then just stops. I've tried reinstalling it several times, but nothing's working.

try temp disabling all firewall/virus apps
