another thing I can't hear voice from my headset I did made a test to my headset but it seems not working no voice I check the volume is half I must have did something not right please help me by any chance.

check with your hosting company's control-panel for your server password. passwords are case sensitive. what model macintosh are you using? what make/model mic/headset are you using as the connection type can make a difference. goto 'system preferences > sound > select input' > watch the input level meter as you talk.
