Others want to connect to my server

How can i get others to connect to my server?

I first set up the windows server on my win x 64
I enabled port forwarding. Got my ip from here [URL="https://www.purevpn.com/what-is-my-ip"]https://www.purevpn.com/what-is-my-ip[/URL]
Whats the next step?

you might have to enable both the TCP and UDP ports thru your VPN
