Help setting up Mac OSX Server

I am trying to set up a vent server on my mac, but I get this error message:

Code:

Unable to open configuration file 'ventrilo_srv.ini'.
ERROR: Unable to read configuration data. Exiting.
logout

I know there's a sticky about this and how to fix it, but I couldn't figure it out. I was wondering if anyone can help me through it with a simple, step by step guide. We could also do it over VOIP. Whatever is the easiest. Thanks in advance!

The sticky is a pretty simple step by step guide. At which point are you having trouble?
