Help With PTT Mode.

Hello,

I have just downloaded the ventrilo client for Mac and have been very pleased with the progress that has been made, however, I have one question that I would like an answer to. I have activated PTT mode so that I can press a button and and it all works fine (I can hear them, they can hear me)

The reason I downloaded this client was to be able to talk to my friends while playing an online game. This all works fine when I am in the Ventrilo window, however, when I am playing the game, the PTT button does not activate Ventrilo so that I can talk. I have seen people do it with the Windows version, so my question is can it be done with the Mac version?
