Speex Server with PC/Beta Vent Client

Hello all,

Well, my guild is trying to move to a Speex/OSX server so that our guildies that use Macs can also utilize vent, right? The transfer from our GSM codec to Speex went fine, except for the fact that my microphone cuts out half of every word I say, and also has a pretty fuzzy noise to it. I can hear everyone else fine, and everyone can hear all the other fine as well, the problem is only with my speaking.

Interestingly enough, I do have the Beta client (which some of the other PC users don't have, but they can still talk/hear fine on the Speex codec) but it still isn't working for me. When they change the codec back to GSM, it works fine again. I can't seem to find the solution to this, and it seems like my ventrilo server provider, Divo, can't either. I sent a message to their support and he couldn't seem to find out what was wrong either.

I'm hoping that someone here would be able to help me, because not being able to speak sure is a pain in the *** :P. Anyway, thanks in advance for anything you guys could come up with <3.
