Any way to run ventrilo over Mac Os X 10.1.5?

I have an old version of Mac OS X, its 10.1.5, and I wanted to know if there is any way I can run ventrilo on it, whether it be downloading an old version, or using something that lets me run it, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
