Installation of vent

I am currently attempting to install vent on a Mac OS X, version 10.3.9. I go through the installation process, and it seems to install, optimize performance, etc. Yet, I cannot find it nor is it showing up in any searches I've run. Any help?

A rundown. I download the zip file and stuffit unzips it. I click on ventriloclient.pkg, go through all the steps and perform a "basic installation". It claims to have been successfully installed.

Never mind. Finally got something this time.
