Vent/WoW problem

im having a problem speaking through vent whenever i have a window over the vent window. if i just have the vent window opened, then i can speak fine and everyone hears me, but once another window covers it up (like when i play wow) im unable to speak, but can still hear other people. i have a brand new macbook and the newest version of vent and os10. any help would be great

You need to enable assistive devices in the Universal Access preference pane.

I too had this problem. I found using the ctrl key worked, whereas the others did not.
