Globally Mute a channel

Hey,

I was wondering if it is possibly to mute/unmute everyone in a selected channel apart from people that are logged in as admins.

no

if you want the chatter to disappear you can create a bind in the bindings editor to Mute Sound.

Set the the channel voice mode to "muted". A server/channel admin could then unmute those people who are allowed to xmit.

rereading the post, it seems to reflect the thoughts of other postings to silence everyone expect an admin so they can talk and be the only one heard.

Actually, its hard to decern the perspective of the request. Is it from an ordinary users point of view (which the answer would be no its not possible), but if its from an admins point of view then my suggestion will accomplish the request.
