Which Speex To Use???

To facilitate our MAC user community in our guild, I'm looking at switching our current GSM 6.10 (11,025 Hz, 16bit) 2210 byte/second codec to a Speex one. Typefrag our Vent server provider, allows me to make changes to these codec's as needed. The only problem is which one! Should I look at at a Speex codec that is similar to our current GSM one?

if server bandwidth is an issue, I would ask for this one
Speex (32 KHz, 16 bit, 8 Qlty) 3756 bytes/sec

if not, then why not use the highest quality, sounds wonderful
Speex (32 KHz, 16 bit, 10 Qlty) 5520 bytes/sec

if some clients are bandwidth limited then try these
Speex (16 KHz, 16 bit, 6 Qlty) 2678 bytes/sec
Speex (32 KHz, 16 bit, 5 Qlty) 2433 bytes/sec

We use this setting on my server and find the quality outstanding.
