Fellow vent users...
I am having some major ping issues and am unable to figure out why. I will post information below if someone could make a suggestion on how to proceed? My ping goes from a low of 60 to a high of around 20,000. I have seen this happen where there are 2 users connected as well as 8. how long does the vent ping stay at the high numbers?
can you capture a trace when it happens? what other apps are running when the ping spikes? does it spike at specific times of the day? |

there is a good bit of packetloss in that pingplotter that could be causing you problems. this is typically intermittent.
