Someone coming off and on vent

Someone comes on my cod4 clans vent and keeps going off and on so its spamming the sound when people join and they do it all the time what can we do to stop it or ban the person

hes not on long enough for us to get him to ban

it happens everyday and annoys everyone on the vent server we dont want to put a password on it because we like people coming on to say hi n stuff

check the vent log, should have access to it from the host provider, then ban from there

additional info to what Canadian suggested

to access the log:

rt-clik in window/server admin/rcon

then type:
(case sensitive)

loggrep 10 LOGON

or

monitor 1
(allows real-time viewing)

For the monitor 1 or loggrep 10 LOGON to work the Admin needs Access to the Rcon

I just tried on my vent and its working fine

Also i understand there is a way to open it ViA the Run function if possible could u let us know how?
