While listening on vent, everything will stop for 5 -10 seconds and then play catch up. This happens about once every 30 - 60 minutes.

I have a newish iMac and I connect to the internet using a wireless connection. Issues are identical on both a D-Link (Using WPA2 Personal security) and Linksys router (Using WPA2 security). There are NO issues while hardwired in.

The Vent lag is independent and no other programs are affected.

The issues began after the most recent update.

Any suggestions on router configuration or a fix for this or if its just a known issue?? Hard-lining in is a great suggestion, however its not practical for my situation so I thank you ahead of time for that suggestion.
