Server/client issue

I have downloaded server for my computer for me and my family to have our own vent. When i turn the server on my family is able to get into the vent server no problem they can talk and i can hear them fine.

The weird problem is that even though i can get into my own vent server no one can hear me even thought the green light is lithing up on the transmit speaker symbol. When i go into anyone else vent server they can hear me fine jsut when im in my own vent server no one can hear me.

Can anyone shed some light on this???
