This site will allow you to lookup the ipaddress based on a hostname (that is, if the site itself is not having problems)
Type in the following ipaddress into a web browser: 66.36.247.82 Enter the full hostname (ex; flight.typefrag.com) in the upper right box (DNS Lookup) and click on "Lookup". The ipaddress you need will be the first one in the list. In Ventrilo --> Server, enter the ipaddress in place on the hostname. Note: before changing the server info in Ventrilo, write down the hostname so that it can re-entered after the DNS issues have been resolved. Last edited by Prog-Rocker; 07-19-2006 at 04:58 PM. |

There's always an alternative of going to Start -> Run, type cmd, then type ping
