did you configure the router portforward to also include port 6100 UDP?

ok, looks like a problem with TCP 3784. i couldn't telnet thru to the server but the vent window shows the server is available (which uses the UDP port, same for the web status page). since the local pc's can connect it's most likely a problem with the router. if possible, try creating 2 separate entries for port 3784, one for TCP and one for UDP.
you might even have to factory reset the router and re-config the portforward. Factory Reset the Router - note: This will erase all settings that were manually changed and reconfigure the router to an 'out-of-box' configuration. Record any manual changes before performing a reset. Some newer routers include an option to save all current settings to flash or save to a file on your pc |
