Vent Server help and info

ok so hes the details i currently rent a server from [url]http://www.000webhost.com[/url] and whant to host my Vent server from this server as i turn my computer off when not in use it uses

PHP version 5.2
MySQL ver. 5.0.51-community

i want to know where to find the files to do this and how to make it work (still very neww to the server thing so explain Noob style please)
