Alittle question about downloading

Unable to download setup program.

When I click "I agree", it just returns me to downloads. Nothing starts downloading.

after cliking the 'I agree' button you should see a windows popup box with the option to save or cancel. this sounds like something is blocking the popup box from opening.

options to try:

1. disable all popup blockers in the browser and anti-virus apps.
2. try a different browser
3. check the browser for any plug-ins/extensions the might prevent the popup
4. whitelist(allow) ventrilo.com in the browser and AV settings

Check the files if it is complete or not. Try to uninstall it then get a new copy.
