Non-Global Chat??

Is there a way for me to enable a "Non-Global" chat, so each different "voice room" has their own "chat room" to type in?

OK, learned how to make each voice room have its own chat room...

Is there a way once you are "phantomed" in a room, to open a "phantomed" chat room?

phantoms are a 'listen only' type of connection. only your main connection can chat.
