The Creators of Ventrilo are going to try and work with Shaw in resolving the lag issues that some users are having. In order to accomplish this they need the following information to help narrow down the problem.

(Y/N): N (however I do share an internet connection and the other user often uses various file sharing clients - though I have the same issues when their computers are completely powered off or when I connect directly to the shaw cable modem.)
