Guests unable to join server

After I created my account for admin, guests are unable to join. The guest account is not locked and has no password.

did you set a global-password on the server or set Auth=1 or 2 in the ventrilo_srv.INI file?

Yes, I had auth on 2 I believe. I set it using RCON. But now, when I am trying to set it back with RCON to 0, it won't display anything in RCON. Not even the HELP command is working =\

EDIT:
It was not displaying messages in RCON, but I was still able to set auth to 0 by just entering the command.

setting the auth thru RCON is only temporary as long as the server is running. if the server is reset it will revert to the settings in the INI file.

were you still logged in as an admin when doing the rcon again?

if you still have problems suggest to goto your hoster vent control-panel and reset the server.
