Ventrilo Mac client and Logitech Gamepanel G13/G15/G19

Just a quick update. Yes, we have been working on adding support for the Logitech Gamepanel (i.e. G13 / G15 / G19) displays and we have been working on it for quite some time as well.

As of today I have finally overcome one of the major stumbling blocks that has been causing problems for months. But over the course of that time I was able to get the monochrome and color Gamepanel support up and running despite the other problems.

However, there is a memory leak caused somewhere. I don't know if it is my problem or a Gamepanel SDK problem yet. Still working with Logitech to narrow it down.

The end result: It is coming and as of today we are a lot closer to the end then the start.
