Hey there, I just got my new computer which is running Windows 7 64-bit. I can open vent and log into a vent server fine, but anytime someone talks, or I try to talk my vent crashes. I've tried updating my drivers, running it in compability mode, setting it to high priority. Not sure what else to do. Thanks for the help.

in vent setup/voice-binds-speech tabs, set both output/input to enable 'use directsound' then set the name of the audio device you're using in the box.
are there any error messages in the vent log file - rt-clik in window/view/log file/scroll to bottom |
