My Vent Wont Work!!!

Why oh why will my vent not work! I have just recently bought the new dell Computer with windows 7 installed. All the drivers etc are up to date.

When logged onto vent, as soon as someone logs on or off mine stops responding!!! It driving me nuts! PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me!

are there any error messages in the vent log file - rt-clik in window/view/log file/scroll to bottom

try temp disabling all firewall/virus apps

does your system have this installed?
