Prototype 7 won't launch

I loaded the prototype 6 with no problems everything worked fine and a was easy to cofig. Server went to speex codex and all was well until i loaded proto 7 and the application won't launch. log code dyld: /Applications/Ventrilo.app/Contents/MacOS/Ventrilo can't open library: /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

I'm running 10.3.9 os Is there a way to get 6 back until this improves?

Go to /Applications/Utilities/Terminal and type the following commands:

cd /usr/lib

ls libstd*

and post the output.
