Lag when connecting

I used to have a problem with Vent and connecting to servers or going into setup, turned out that if i disconnected my G15 keyboard and plugged it back it it was fixed, i reinstalled everything recently and the problem was gone. Today I reinstalled powercinema 6, and the 30-40 second delay restarted. I know this has been posted about in the past but hopefully this helps find a solution, I use an Asus Mycinema P7131 analog tv tuner card on Windows Vista, I imagine theres a problem with the volume control on the keyboard, thats linked to the powercinema thats messing with vent. I hope this will lead the right people in the right direction.
