Quick Server Req. Or if Possible

Ok
Im trying to run a vent server for my team, nothing big, just a 15-20 slot.
The server could be down arond night or whatever, but yeah.

Is it possible to host the server on a webhosting?
If so, please tell me the requirements! I have no idea, like, what specially would you need to have if you were to install it on a webhosting, like a normal...10$ monthly webhosting.

If im missing anything, or stuff, please correct me, I wont take it like a kid.

And if you have any advice, please feel free to fill in!
