spying possible and leagel ?

Hi all, im a admin on a ventrilo server for a clan of me and mine... however we have some younger members and they dont allways behave as they should... and when it ends in discussion people allways expect the admins to say what is right and wrong... that would however be a lot simpler if we could hear their discussion... but its a bit hard to do that a copple of hours after... or even while being in another room...

all in all i interestet in knowing what spying options there is...
