Special Effects for individual users don't seem to be working for me. When I lower the volume percentage and click OK, the person's volume is unchanged. Even when I set it all the way to the left, on Muted, it has no effect.

Anybody else notice this?

How do you actually use this function? I can't seem to find a function that allows me to turn up the volume on individual users. Please help.
