Help please!

Ok so i just got a new headset,(Razor carcharias) well even before i couldnt hear. But i cant hear or talk. the PTT doesnt work. The mute box is NOT checked. "Enable access for assistive devices" is checked. I dont know what else to do. Please help!! Thanx!

when in setup with PTT, use the test to see if triggers.
screenshots of the ventrilo and setup window will help.

When i test it with speex it works when i hit ok it goes back to GSM 6.10, That also works when i test it but Only Speex is supported.

You can't change the codec. Only the server admin can change the codec. Ask the server admin to change the server to the Speex codec.

I thought that was for the internal mic in the mac?
