Default Connecting virtual client to virtual server on same physical PC.

Hello,

I have a physical PC with virtual PC installed. On virtual PC i've installed one windows server 2003(which i've installed ventrilo server on)
And i've also installed one windows XP professional(which i've installed ventrilo client on).

The problem is that the client will not connect to the server. I'm using static IP on server 10.0.0.1 and port 3784 which is standard for free edition.

The server says its "READY:". Should be working, but I get stuck on "Connecting".

Anyone got a clue?

And yes, the client and the server do match(3.0.3)

Thanks!

have you tried configuring the client to use either 127.0.0.1 or 'localhost' for the server hostname
