Panda AV/Ventrilo Close Issue

We have had some customers report that Ventrilo will not close properly on any machines that have the Panda AV software installed. Users report that after closing Ventrilo and trying to reopen it, they are displayed an error message stating "Another copy of Ventrilo is already running". The only fix that we could find for this issue is to open up your Task Manager and locate the Ventrilo.exe under the processes. There will actually be 2 different .exe files listed here (as this is what is causing the program to not close properly). You can then delete both .exe processes and Ventrilo should open up just fine. It's not an ideal fix, but it will prevent you from having to restart the machine everytime.
