Authentication problems

when i try to connect to ventrilo, it says that it has connected but failed to authenticate my login name and password. what should i do???

first make sure you have the correct server info - [URL]http://ventrilo.com/status.php[/URL]

your user info must match what the server has in its user list. note that the password is case-sensitive
