Volume effect for Phantoms?

Small issue, but one that plagues me.

When placing a Phantom in a second channel, applying the Volume effect to a transmitting client in that second channel, nothing happens- the level remains the same. Visiting the channel in person shows that the effect is in fact working, but the Phantom seems to ignore it.

Has this functionality been considered for a future version?

Having not looked at the code I suspect this bug does exist as you describe. I'll see if I can get it fixed before the next upgrade.
