How to disable TTS binds?

Is there a way to DISABLE TTS binds on a vent server?

Basically, people discovered the joy of making the server say stupid things in the middle of a game. While it is funny the first time, spamming it gets old fast.

I know the ideal method is to get everyone to use a little self control, but barring that, what would we need to do to disable this feature? Is it simply a matter of changing the RCON password, or does it work without it as well?

Sorry, just not very familiar with the options.

log in as server admin
server properties
click help

you have two options, Spam Filters and Bind Filters
