what about 2 or more users with same IP on 3.0???

I have some guildies that have the same IP & they can't get on 3.0 at the same time. Is there a way to fix this? I'm the one with admin on our vent & they keep asking me if I can solve this issue for them....

Well I looked & looked. Nothing, can someone give me a hand with this plz?
