Server Help

I did a quick scan of the tech support area to try and find a solution to my problem, if it already has been posted with an answer then im really sorry.

I have used ventrilo in the past and have had the server running for a few times before I reformatted. This problem happened to me last time I reformatted also.

I checked my ipconfig and my computer still has its normal ipaddress of 192.168.0.2 and thats what my port forwarding is set to. This has worked in the past so I dont see why it would not be set up correctly. My firewall already has it on the exceptions list so I do not believe that is the problem.

Last time this happened I had my friends uncle help me and he said that its something to do with windows not recognizing that the server is up and running or something. But I dunno...and I forgot what he did to fix it (hes also away right now so I cant ask)

If anyone can help me with this problem it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
