Start Ventrilo w/ parameters to join server, etc

Is it possible to start ventrilo with start parameters to connect to a server on startup, using a particular username, password, etc?

Many programs have the ability to create a shortcut with parameters to automate some actions. I'd like to do this with Ventrilo if possible. Thanks in advance.
