Moving Users with the Mac Client

Is it possible to move users between channels with the Mac client yet? I've tried doing this with no success.

Not at this time. That's one of the few things missing from the program and needs to be added.

is there any timeline on which this will be added. Kinda pointless having a private channel if you cant move anyone into talk to
