Vista x64 bit - Which client is right?

I would like to clarify which client I should be using for Vista. Vista is X64 but you have that download listed.

the reason I am asking is because my machine stops responding for about 20 seconds after I connect to my the server.

I have an Alienware machine with a Realtek sound card. I use a USB Plantronics headset with mic to use Ventrilo.
