Question Ventrillo no sound on any client

Hi, we have been using vent for well over a year now and suddenly no one can hear each other. This is all across the server (all channels) I have tried different codecs to see if it was some odd problem. I can test my mic in vent and it does work. I'm not sure what the issue is as the server was working one day and not working the next. Anyone have some ideas I can try? This is a rented server so I would hate for the guild to pay for something we can not use.

what color are the icons when other users are trying to talk? green or yellow

have a server admin check the permissions for the guest acct and all other user accts to make sure they have 'receive broadcasts' and transmit options enabled

We see them all as yellow I believe.

Receive broadcast streams is checked

In outbound only equalizer, mute globally at login, and mute others while taking are not checked.

yellow means either not auth'd to xmit or receive

try checking the permissions on each channel, rt-clik on the channel name > channel admin > edit or info

make sure the correct permissions are selected.

also check to see if the ranking system is in use. user-editor info tab.
