requesting unban from wow public server

I was running a raid with mostly a guild group, I died and was berated with insults as well as kicked from the group, I retorted and without warning was banned from the server. I wasn't spamming or continuously disrupting the group, they could have just muted me if that were the case. I would like to be unbanned or begin going through the unbanning process. Your public servers are a real asset if not a necessity to have, and I appreciate you giving back to the wow community, Thanks.

I wish we could help you but any 'public servers' are not supervised by us.

you can try contacting the hosting company for your server in case they might be the admins.
