I have a friend who is a mac user and all of a sudden his vent is not working. He can hear people sign on and move channels but cannot hear people talking. Any suggestions on what to do?

As it is, nothing has changed on the computer except downloading the newest WoW patch (3.0.2). Any suggestions?

on most occasions i would say that not hearing voices is a good sign... but seeing as ive had this happen to me as well. at any rate....did the vent administrator change the codec back to gsm 6.10? or did his output get turned down as a result of a change in headset?? these r the things ive seen happen the most
